Villa Serenity has 3 large bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and a separate WC. Along with a large first-floor terrace to take in the breathtaking landscape.
The open plan living space and kitchen provide a sociable place to sit down, relax and eat. Including a dining area, breakfast bar, and comfortable sofas.
Living Area
The living area is spacious with large patio doors and windows providing a bright, airy feel. There is a flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts as well as entertainment for the children.
There are two sofas with seating for 6 and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet.
Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
There is a breakfast bar with stools and a dining area for 6 people. There is also an outdoor covered terrace as an alternative dining area overlooking the private pool and landscaped gardens.

The garden has been landscaped with various local plants, herbs, and trees.
